Oh no! Is that Red Snow?

Red Snow has all the makings of a charming indie vampire comedy. It’s not quite Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but it could hold its head up in that crowd.

It’s not often that you fall in love with a bat and this film proves a useful warning for anyone who does so.

It stars Dennice Cisneros and Nico Belamy, as Olivia and vampire Luke. The protagonists that carry most of this simple, but enjoyable plot.

This short film is not laugh out loud funny all the time, but it is quietly amusing. There are some very knowing touches to the vampire trope and it will probably make even the most jaded smile.

The cast put in convincing performances all round and if you are sick of Christmas Shmaltz already then this will prove a great compromise. Christmas with a vampire twist!

Red Snow is available on digital download from the 6th of December.
